Identity verification and fraud prevention
As a gambling operator, 1Red is obliged to process player data and, before anything else, to know its players. It may request documents to verify an account, process payments or check for fraud, and may lawfully receive information from vendors such as fraud-prevention services — all to protect identities and keep illegal money out.

Transfers to other countries
Data may be transferred outside the EU, EFTA and EEA for payments, games and checks; the policy refers to safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses under the GDPR.
How long we keep your data
For as long as the law requires after closure — at least five years from the last transaction or closure under AML rules — and only for official enquiries; erasure is not possible within that period, and anonymised data may be retained.
